It's a movie with a simple and sweet premise with solid performances and lots of energy.ĭirected by Karan Johar, "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" chronicles an epic story of family and of a love reunion. Of course, it has moments that drag it out a bit too long, like many Bollywood movies do, but it's still a joy to watch. I think it's a great feel-good movie that has likable characters and is entertaining pretty much all the way through.
The movie is so full of smiles and heartwarming moments, that it's easy to forgive the cheesier moments and super predictable storyline. Karan Johar's directorial debut, "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai," is still a fun movie today, over 20 years later.
